- Enabling works of a £400m Persimmon Homes development
- The works comprised of both pre-split and bulk blasting within the old limestone quarry at Plymstock
- Bolting and meshing of both the already exposed west, and the newly exposed North/South faces
- Cuddy Group were keen to combine both the blasting works and the stabilisation works within the same contract
- 300t of explosives were used
